PAYMENT
What are the terms of payment?
Two payment options are available to you:

DELIVERY
We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Great Britain and most countries of the European Union *.

We ship our products from our offices and premises located in Switzerland.
Delivery costs are free in Switzerland. All taxes are already included for orders placed in Switzerland.
For the European Union countries that we deliver*, shipping is free. Service, sales and import taxes (customs fees) will be charged and are the responsibility of the customer. These must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the order. The amounts of these taxes depend on the regulations in force in each country of destination. We cannot inform the customer of their exact amount. It is therefore up to the customer to find out this amount from the local authorities concerned.

We take 3 to 4 days to process your order and then between 2 and 6 working days to deliver it to you. Depending on the periods and the demand, as well as the country of delivery, these times may vary.
RETURN
How to make a return?
If you wish to make a return, please contact us at the following address: info@sider-bottle.com
We can proceed to a product return according to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in the same conditions as when it was received; unused and in its original packaging.
- The return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Please note :
- SIDER does not accept returns for products purchased on special offer.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- SIDER is not responsible for product loss during transport.
Refunds
Once the package is received, the product will be inspected and validated for return eligibility. Once the return has been validated, the customer will be refunded within 14 days. The refund is made on the customer’s initial method of payment. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact us with your order reference.
PRODUCT
Each SIDER bottle has a capacity of 500ml.
SIDER bottles are guaranteed to be kept hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours, thanks to their stainless steel composition.
Yes, take care not to exceed the filling capacity (liquid could get lodged in the cap and leak if the bottle is filled to the brim).
Before each use, clean your bottle with hot water and soap, using a non-abrasive support. Do not put it in the dishwasher, traditional or microwave ovens, or in the freezer. Dry upside down.
SIDER bottles are currently made in China.
We have an employee based in China who has a permanent relationship with the factory that makes the bottles.
Yes, SIDER bottles are made from stainless steel and the lid is made from plastic. The bottles (container + lid) are guaranteed bisphenol A free. This composition provides an excellent alternative to plastic or aluminum containers.
GUARANTEE
Warranty Policy
SIDER guarantees its products for 2 years from the date of receipt for any manufacturing defect.
Failure to comply with the conditions of use and maintenance will void the warranty. The conditions can be consulted on each product page of the www.sider-bottle.com shop.
If the defect concerns a spare part (cap), the replacement will be carried out on the spare part only.

- the proof of purchase
- a description of the problem encountered
- one or more detailed photos of the product.
Before any complaint, please check the 3 tabs below:
To check if your product keeps warm, pour hot water in your container before closing it. After 5 minutes, touch the outside of the container. If you feel hot spots, your product is not insulated. Isothermal (hot or cold storage) is guaranteed only if the product has not been subjected to shock and if the product does not keep either hot or cold upon receipt of the package.
Make sure that the bottle is not filled to the brim and that the container is tightly closed. Sealing is guaranteed if the product has not been subject to impact.
Any defect on the bottle (not its packaging) due to a transportation problem is guaranteed. It is necessary to keep a proof of the damaged carton in order to make a claim.
